My stay at the hotel was overall pleasant. The rooms met all of my needs, but some aspects felt outdated. The service was good, although there were a few missed opportunities for improvement. The dining experience was fantastic, with a variety of freshly prepared items that exceeded my expectations. The facilities were modern and well-maintained, adding to the overall luxury of the hotel.
Being recognized as a diamond member, I always receive an upgrade to a suite with clean and large rooms that are spacious and adequately maintained. The hotel is indoor, which was convenient during the cold weather, and check-in was very helpful and easy. However, the breakfast dining is advertised as make-to-order but a bit slow with only the buffet option available.
